We value all members of the Shop UBC family and your satisfaction is very important to us. Our policy is that we will gladly replace any item that may have been damaged during shipping. Unfortunately, due to the low prices of our products, we are not able to offer any returns (except as noted below) or exchanges.
In the unlikely situation that any item in a customer's order is missing, incorrect, or damaged during shipping, please contact us at email@example.com. The customer must notify the returns department about an incorrect within three days of receiving their package. After three days, the customer will be responsible for return shipping.
We do accept returns but under this policy only.
