Order Processing

It typically takes 1 business day for orders to process and leave our warehouse.  We take pride in the fact that we can get the orders out of the warehouse within 24 hours. Processing times do not account for weekends or holidays. Orders are processed in the order in which they are received. We offer a number of shipping options which can be selected at checkout. 

We offer Free Shipping on all U.S. orders over $40. The free shipping discount is applied automatically in cart when the $40 threshold is reached. 


We ship to all 50 states , U.S. P.O. Boxes, U.S. territories and APO/FPO addresses. The below shipping methods are estimated delivery times in business days and will differ based on your shipping address as well as during peak holiday times.

ShopUBC will ship products anywhere in the United States including Alaska and Hawaii by using FedEx or USPS. We reserve the right not to ship to a location.

Currently, we do offer international shipping at $20.99. We ship to the United Kingdom, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Panama, Brazil, Australia, Canada, and Mexico.

Once we have confirmed payment, your order is shipped within 1 business day. We use USPS for U.S. domestic orders. We ship out Monday-Friday. Orders are not processed or shipped on legal holidays. We have flat rate of $3.99 for all orders under $40.

Order Tracking
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. The majority of our orders are shipped within 24 hours after the order has been placed. The e-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number in the e-mail. To track an order on, visit the My Account area. You will need to sign in to access your account information. 

In the case that you don’t receive your package from ShopUBC, please reach out to the customer service team at Please contact us within three days to open up a case file with USPS. After 3 days, if the post office will not reach out to us we will consider the case closed and the time lapse will be too long for us to follow.   If you want to dispute the delivery, reach out to USPS directly.

If the package is lost or stolen, please note that it is not our responsibility.

Packages do not ship from our distribution centers on weekends or the following US holidays:
